Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow
NIYA Islamic Association began just two years ago with only a few families. Today, more than 50 families are part of our growing community.
Our mission is to nurture the next generation through faith, education, and community life. We focus on three main programs:
School & Education – combining academics with Quran, Arabic, and Islamic studies
Sports & Outdoor Activities – building teamwork, confidence, and health
Rising Star Club – encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and outdoor learning through trips, family gatherings, and Quran circles
Looking ahead, we are working toward our major goal: building a permanent NIYA Center by 2027 with the help of members, volunteers, and donors.
At NIYA, we believe that when children grow in knowledge, character, and faith, the entire community thrives.
Curriculum
Building literacy skills through stories, comprehension, and expressive writing, while also connecting with Quranic texts and Islamic literature.
Exploring numbers, problem-solving, and the wonders of creation, taught with the perspective that knowledge is a gift from Allah.
Encouraging creativity and self-expression through drawing, crafts, and design, guided by Islamic values of beauty, modesty, and gratitude.
(through Rising Stars Club) – Helping children develop problem-solving skills, teamwork, and leadership, while learning to make ethical choices rooted in Islamic principles.

What Our Families are Saying
At NIYA, our families are at the heart of everything we do. Over the past two years, we’ve grown from just a few families to more than 50 — and their voices inspire us every day. Here’s what they’re saying:
✨ “NIYA has been such a blessing for our children. They are learning not only math, reading, and science, but also how to love their deen.” – Parent of 2nd grader
✨ “The teachers are so caring, and the community feels like a second family to us. My kids actually look forward to coming every week!” – Parent of preschooler
✨ “I’ve seen so much growth in my child’s confidence and Islamic knowledge. NIYA truly balances education and faith.” – Parent of 5th grader
✨ “From sports to Islamic studies, NIYA is where my kids feel happy, safe, and inspired.” – Parent of 3rd grader
